Sales Contract
Article 1 – General Terms and Conditions
This agreement is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery determined by the seller. The customer acknowledges that they are aware of and agree to comply with these general terms and conditions, which can be obtained from the seller at any time (homepage: www.alwado.com).
Article 2 – Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be governed by Turkish Law and resolved in the competent courts of Turkey.
Article 3 – Ownership Rights
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment is made. This is considered an extended ownership clause.
Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal and Force Majeure
The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement due to force majeure or unforeseen issues. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:
- Unavailability of goods
- Disruption of transportation
- Natural disasters such as fire, earthquakes, or floods
- Epidemics
- Unexpected high raw material prices
- Unexpected increases in transportation costs
- Extraordinary issues in the timber markets
