They are natural wood panels made from the light and durable structure of spruce wood. Spruce wood, with its light color tone and fine grain pattern, gives spaces a fresh and natural look. Due to its easy workability, spruce solid panels have a wide range of applications in furniture, decoration, and construction sectors. What do qualities mean?
Our Spruce Edge Glued Panels are produced with double-sided surfaces. This means that two separate faces are joined together. For example, the term ‘AA’ indicates that an A-grade panel is used for both the front and back faces.
A Face: The surface is generally flawless, with few large knots, commonly known as bird’s eye knots. It is free from resin, cracks, sapwood, and similar defects.
B Face: The surface has a significant number of filled knots and some resin pockets may be present.
C Face: In addition to the characteristics of the B face, the surface has a high number of black knots, sapwood, and resin pockets.
